Scholarship Application

Since 1983, RRHA has offered educational scholarships to residents. To date, 112 residents have received scholarships that have enabled them to pursue a college education. Scholarship applications are available every year in March at each public housing development, the Section 8 Department and on our website.

Additionally, the Virginia Association of Housing and Community Development Officials (VAHCDO) provides scholarships to students in public housing and housing choice voucher programs who have been outstanding scholars.
