Owning your own home is often the biggest challenge in becoming self-sufficient. It’s also one of the most rewarding. At RRHA, our goal is to help low to moderate income families now living in public housing, Section 8 programs, or as tenants from privately owned housing, to achieve the dream of homeownership. The Lease/Purchase Homeownership program may be just right for you. You must meet several requirements like income and buyer background qualifications. RRHA can help determine if you’re a qualified home buyer. Then we’ll provide pre-homeownership counseling and even home maintenance training. We’ll walk with you each step of the way on your path to becoming a homeowner.
